 Registration Refund Policy: We understand things happen and we're happy to honor any refund requests before February 15th at 11:59 pm. (Sorry, no exceptions.) Please allow up to 4-6 weeks after the convention to receive your refund. Processing fees are non-refundable. A 15% administrative fee will be deducted from your refund due. 

Please complete the refund request form in its entirety. Failure to do so may result in your request being declined. Submit your refund request here.

For example: $385 registration -15% admin fee = $327.25 is Refundable
