SETC conducts auditions and coordinates interviews for high school students and college transfer students during the annual Spring Convention in March.
Approximately 250
High School Juniors audition on Saturday, March 7. Representatives from over 60 colleges, universities and training schools are in attendance. Callback auditions are held on the same day.
High School Seniors, College Transfer Acting Students, and all Technical/Design/Management application forms are formatted into a booklet and provided to all College/University/Theatre Training Program representatives signed up for Undergraduate Auditions when they check-in at the convention. Representatives then schedule and conduct one-on-one interviews with student candidates that meet their criteria.
All Technical/Design/Management students seeking admission into undergraduate schools display their portfolios Thursday, Friday and Saturday of the convention. Upon arriving at the convention, School Representatives will arrange on-site interviews with prospective candidates.
Applications and Guidelines for the Spring 2009 Undergraduate School
Auditions and Interviews will be available in the
Fall of 2008.
